UBU participated in the well-wishing book signing for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit on the auspicious occasion of her 87th birthday this August 12th

On 12 August 2019, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, Acting President, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Kanya Jungvimutipan, Dean of Faculty of Applied Arts and Architecture, and UBU staff went to Praipayorm Conference Hall, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. They went to sign the well-wishing book for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit on the occasion of her 87th birthday this August 12th. Mr. Sarit Witoon, the Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province, presided over the ceremony. He led representatives from government organizations in Ubon Ratchathani to sign the well-wishing book. Their signatures represented loyalty and gratefulness to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit for her hard work and endless contributions to the Thai people.


Besides the well-wish singing ceremony, the presentation of outstanding mother awards was also organized. On this special occasion, Ms. Arunya Bua-ngam received an award in the category of “Mother who has contributed to society.”  One of Ms. Arunya Bua-ngam’s most recent contributions was through her participation in the Promotion in Elderly Happiness Creation School Project # 2 organized by the Faculty of Nursing at UBU.
